Shipping policy

Original artwork, jewelry, accessories, and Oyster Works objects are carefully prepared and packaged for shipment and typically leave the studio within 1 to 3 business days.

Photography prints are made to order and require approximately 1 to 4 business days for production before shipment. Photography prints are fulfilled separately from other SOLHAUS items and will arrive in a separate shipment when purchased with other products.

Shipping rates for original artwork, jewelry, accessories, and Oyster Works objects are calculated based on the items in the order and are shown at checkout. Photography prints have a flat $7 shipping rate.

Tracking information is provided for physical orders once available. Delivery times are additional to processing or production time and may vary by carrier and destination.

Digital gift cards are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact hello@solhausstudio.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before fulfillment begins. For photography prints, shipping address changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please keep the item and original packaging and contact hello@solhausstudio.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and work with you to make it right.
